What is the INA Subscription, and which products can I subscribe for?

Think of INA Subscription as the Netflix of organic cosmetics - but healthier for you. You can choose INA products that you want to be shipped to your door every 30, 45 or 60 days.

As a valuable member of our family, you have a 50% discount on the products in your subscription for its entire duration. You can subscribe to whichever products you want (even one is possible!).

Is the INA Subscription open all year?

INA Subscription is available only twice a year, in June and November. The sign-up period lasts for two days or until all available spots are taken. We do not accept new members outside of these periods. Our aim is to provide a unique and special experience for our community members.

Can everyone subscribe?

Yes, anyone can join the subscription, but there are only a limited number of spots available. The total number of spots will be announced a few weeks before the subscription opens.

What is the cost of the subscription box?

The cost of your personalised subscription box will depend on the number and type of products you choose to include. However, all of the products you select will be available at a discounted price of 50% off their regular cost throughout the entire subscription period. This means that you will save half of the regular price for all the products you choose to include in your subscription box.

You pay the discounted price of the products and the shipping if the order is under €50. There are no additional fees or obligations.

How are payments made - all at once or before each delivery?

Automatically through a debit/credit card or PayPal. The payment period depends on the delivery schedule you choose. You are not required to pay for all the upcoming months in advance but only for the first delivery at the time of subscription. The cost of each subsequent delivery will be automatically deducted from your card just before the delivery date.

When are subscription boxes sent?

All first subscription boxes are shipped immediately after the order is completed. Other deliveries are made according to the delivery period you have selected. All boxes are shipped on a business day.

INA Subscription opening day. What to expect?

1. Site lock:

On the day the Subscription opens, the site will lock at 12:00 pm. Those who have left their emails for Early Access https://www.inaessentials.ie/pages/early-access-ina-subscription will receive a secret password in via email on the same day. With this password, they can log into the site and access the Subscription.

2. Unlock the site:

At 7:00 pm, we will unlock the website for everyone. If there are still available spots, anyone can join for the subscription. During our first launch in January, 70% of the spots were taken during the early access. Therefore, we advise you to leave your email address on the early access form available HERE: LINK TO EARLY ACCESS FORM.

The Subscription closes until all available spots are filled or 2 days after opening.

What is a Subscription Account, and how do I log in?

When you finish your first subscription order, a personal subscription account activates automatically. This account allows you to easily manage your subscription, such as editing your products or delivery days, skipping deliveries or unsubscribing. You will receive an email with more information about your account.

To log into your account, go to our website and click on "INA Subscription" in the menu, then select "Subscription Account". Enter your email and the code that was sent to you via email or SMS.

Can I edit the products and the delivery period, skip a delivery or unsubscribe?

You can :) You can always edit products or delivery days from your Subscription account. It allows you to skip a delivery (you stay subscribed), change a delivery day (if you're on holiday, for example!) or unsubscribe with one click. We hope you will stay with us for long! ❤️

Can I use promo codes when I place an order for the subscription?

No, promo codes are not applicable for subscription orders.

What happens if I don't receive my shipment or have another problem?
