In July 2020, after carrying out several tests and sending organic chamomile water to many of our relatives and friends with similar issues, we were amazed when everyone started calling us to say thank you. That was the moment we decided to launch our product online.

We are a family business dedicated to organic farming since the year 2000. We started as amateurs, but with great passion. Today, even though our business has grown, we constantly strive to improve. In February 2019, with the help of our children, we decided to launch our products on the local market. An idea that has now become a success throughout Europe and thanks to which I, the owner of InaEssentials – Veselina Ralcheva, was awarded Organic Producer of the Year.

We started without expectations... Our son, Vasil, during his studies in marketing and advertising, created a simple website. He decided to test it and launched an ad on Facebook. At first, it didn’t have much effect, as we spent 15 euros a day on advertising and received only 1 or 2 orders. Everything changed after a week, when comments from satisfied customers began appearing under our posts and products on the page.

The main difference lies in how we care for our organic chamomile fields. Our harvest is twice as low as the average, but the quality is incomparable – and this is what customers appreciate most. Although we are certified organic producers, we don’t even rely on organic fertilizers or sprays. The only thing we treat our fields with is our “secret” decoction, prepared according to a biodynamic recipe.
At every full moon, we harvest nettle, which we then use as the main ingredient in our decoction. This preparation repels pests and preserves the therapeutic properties of chamomile, which we believe are transferred into our chamomile water. We are convinced that one of these unique properties is its remarkable effect against eczema.
